1992 Volvo 850 it would not start

It would be cranking lik it will start but it willn t, and check the plug there is spark and I also check the injector nozzel is flashing my test ligt please what cloud be the problem

Is the fuel pressure to the rail within the manufacturer's specs?

Try this. See if it will start for a couple seconds using starting fluid to start it. Let me know what happens.

It will do as if it will start but it will not accelerate.

If it won't start even for a couple seconds with starting fluid, there is an ignition problem. The engine must not be getting spark to the plugs or it is getting a weak spark. Check and confirm that for me so I know what to suggest next.
