What makes one turn light blick faster than the other? One was out and I put a new one in then it started blicking faster

A signal light blinking faster on one side indicates a faulty bulb, most likely on that side of the vehicle. Not necessarily a turn signal bulb so be sure to inspect all exterior light bulbs.
