Quiting problems

My wife has a Mazda b2600i 4x4. The truck will run for 10-15 min and then quit. Will not start again until it sits for 10 min or more. Replaced distributor (used), fuel filter, fuel pump, gas tank, wiring to pump. Still not fixed. Tried replacing ignition module in distributor but cannot get the part. It is a round one that sits inside distributor and the parts store came up with little square one. Tried going by the number on it but no such part. What could be the problem? Fuel is flowing good when you take the line off filter so it is getting the fuel to run. When you try to start it it sounds like it is starving for fuel. Any ideas! Thanks

Is it carbureted or injected? If carbureted, can you see if it's getting fuel down the carb when you press the gas pedal? If injected, can you hear the injectors clicking?

Next time it dies, immediately listen for the injectors and for spark. Also check compression. Also check the output of the fuel injection and ignition relay immediately following the engine dying.
