I am new to this forum and I have seen the thread with the same issue. I have used all the information from that thread but have not had any luck. I have sent the ECU off to be checked (it is good). Fuel pump is good. Fuel filter is good. It will run if you spray starter fluid in the intake, but will not run with out it. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Scan for codes first. If there is any ignition problem like a module then the injection will not work. See picture on how to do it then get back to us if any codes. Also, check coil for resistance and pick up coil in distributor it should be 900-1200 ohms. Coil resistance in picture.

Hi SLIMJUSTICE1987,

If you decide you would like to conduct the scan yourself here is a link to an article that features written step by step instructions and pictures explaining how to do the scan yourself. Also, I have included a link to our YouTube channel with a how to video on code scanning.

This is applicable even if your check engine light is not on.

Most scanners are inexpensive to purchase, you can purchase one online from sites like Amazon.com

Once you have the codes please get back to us so that we can further assist you. We are always happy to help.

Thank you for visiting 2CarPros.com.

Kindest regards,

Renee
