Its trying to start with either. So rent a gauge and check the pressure. Get a owner or chiltons manual. So u can trouble shot this.

I just replaced the fuel pump with a brand new one and I drove it 2 miles, cut it off to wash it and cranked it when I was done, it did the same thing. What now
