What should I do?

My 92 camaro just stopped starting and when I turn the key nothing happens at all. I checked the battery its good and tried jumping the starter but it just whined when I did that. What should I do?

How did you jump the starter? I believe you did not use the solenoid to crank the starter.

The non cranking with key indicates a fault with the starting circuit and it can be the security system, ignition switch, Park and Neutral Position switch or wiring.
