1991 Volkswagen Golf won't start with key

When you turn key won't turn over if you jump starter will start and run fine. Tried to put button in but didn't work also the oil buzzer keeps going wont stop all senders were replaced. I know some triks but want to fix the right way thanks

Have battery load tested and what is "button"?

Battery is fine if he can jump it under the hood.

Replace the ignition switch.

The oil pressure switch is probably the wrong type. Easy to check by bypassing it. If the buzzer still comes on, then
the problem is with the circuit board in the dash.
