Car is using a lot of water but is not overheating and also when driving it's like it's going but not smoothly

Have coolant system pressure checked for a head gasket leak.

Thank you. Could this also be the reason for the car sometimes just dying when you pull away or stand at a robot waiting then it just cuts out? Also while driving it feela like a ship going and holding back almost like a shaking motion

I kind of doubt it unless the head gasket is pouring a lot of coolant into cylinder. But it will have something to do with it. Get it fixed first then sort out other problems if still there.
