Need help tightening the steering column

1991 chevy beauville tilt steering column is shakey. How do I remove assembly to get to the internal bolts that need to be tightened? I need to get to the bolts in the tilt knuckle and would like to know how to disassemble the top end of the steering column

Remove the steering wheel, plastic cover for the plate, install a press to remove the snap ring for the plate. Remove the plate, turnsignal switch, upper jacket collars. This will expose the knuckle. You need the tool to remove the pins for the tilt and the upper shaft has to be removed, then you can get to the bolts.
Not a job for at home unless you have the experience and the tools.
