Pulled the truck in garage this morning and shut it off. Went to start it again 5 min later and I have no eletrical power. No lights, inside or out, no dash light of any kind. Checked battery and it showing more than 12 volts. No power to fuse box at all. Fuel pump doesn't prime when key is turned to on position, nothing ANYWHERE. So I got under the truck with a test light and I have power to the power cable on starter as well as the solenoid.

Okay. Exactly where is located? Is it in the interior behind fuse block?

It's a small wire that goes to fuse block under hood. Just like the pic says.
