My car got hit in the front and I installed a new front end. After I reconnected the headlights the high beam light on the passenger side is staying lit like a low beam and on the driver side the low beam is dim and the high beam bulb is slightly on and the left turn signal blinks slowly when I use it and causes the left high beam to blink with it. I dont know what the problem is or how to fix it. I keep getting pulled over at night time because of this.

You definitely have an electrical issues.
Do you have the sealed glass head lights installed on this vehicle or do you have the plastic headlights? Can you interchange the headlight electrical connectors? Meaning can you plug the high beam electrical connector onto the low beam light electrical connector? Let me know, TY

I have the sealed glass headlights no I cannot interchange the headlight connectors because the low beam has a 3 pronged connector and the high beam has a two pronged connector and they wont fit in the opposite bulb types.

Check the black wire on each of the four headlights. I looks like you may have a bad/open circuit on the ground side. Make sure the black wires (2 one on driver side and one on passenger side) is secured to ground.
The turn signal bulb that is blinking slowly what color are the wires running to the back of that bulb?
