My 90 dodge spirit will stall during a turn at half tank of gas. Recently replaced fuel tank gauge (not sure what it's really called). Any help or ideas would be appreciated.

Something went wrong with repair possible pick up tube miss placed. When it stalls add fuel is added does it equal 1/2 tank?

It stalls at half a tank and/or under. Just started with the repair, wasn't an issue beforehand. Would this also cause the interior dash gauge to drop to almost E while turning?
