1989 Toyota Camry Blowing fuses

Every time I shift into drive the the gauge fuse blows, it also controls heater fan motor and seat belt re tracker.

That fuse powers several things, auto trans overdrive is maybe your problem as well as back up lights so check for a wiring problem going to trans or maybe the overdrive is kicking it out when it applies
