Differential cable is seized up how do I unseize it

If you mean the parking brake cable then normally you replace it or remove it. To free it up you need to remove it soak in fuel oil for a couple of days and then see if it will move if not you'll have to replace it.

You would still need to do what I said about parking cable. We dont' show that cable in our manual. Also check lever coming out o f axle if there is one and make sure that is the piece that is not stuck in position.
