1989 Ford Taurus won't start

It died at a light and now it turns over and over but it won't start

Check for spark, injection pulse and fuel pressure, you should be able to hear the fuel pump cycle when you turn the ignition to on, can you hear this, if not you may have a failed fuel pump.
