Car wont start please help

Was removing alternator out of 1988 toyota corolla. But forgot to disconnect positive from the battery. Touched the alternator with a screwdriver heard a spark. Now my car will not start. Lights work and so does horn. All the fuses are good also. Please help

Check fuse links on BATT positive
