When trying to start the car, it revs as if it will come on then it does not, it's as if I have no fuel in the car, but I do. I haven't tried anything So Far, but while looking under the hood, I see that I see a (literal) spark from one of my sparkplug wires as if there is a hole in it, I don't know if it's related or not but it is something I have noticed, also when turning on the car, the lights on the dash board so No charge and sometimes no fuel, but I recently bought the battery(less than three months ago) and I just got an oil change for the car two days

Give it a complete tune. Up. Plugs wires and filters

I figured that's what I might have to do I am getting it priced now, but I wonder will that fix the problem of the half starting thing that its doing

If you see sparkscomming out of any of the plug wires, yes it MUST be your first step even if other problems exist.
