Check the aux fan. Ensure the fan blades are installed correctly and turning in the correct direction.

If the cluth fan and aux fan both works but do not cool the system, something is wrong with the cooling efficiency. Is the new radiator OEM and of the same spec for this vehicle?

Was any repairs done on this vehicle prior to this occurring?

Yea its the only radiator available for my vehicle. When I got the car it was actually worse to the point where my radiator blew out. And I had done numerous repairs (myself) and now its better but its not working like how its supposed to yet

You mentioned checking the water pump. There is a possibility there are excessive clearances between impeller and housing causing loss of pressure for coolant circulation.

If the pointer is at hot when engine is cold, it could mean the following.
1. A shorted temperature switch or its wiring.
Unplug the temperature switch and test if reading remains same. If it shows low, the something is wrong with the switch.'

2. A faulty gauge in meter.
This would mean removing the meter to test the gauge.
