1987 Honda Accord shuts off, wont start

Replaced fuel pump and two fuel filters. Ran good for 70 miles. Shut off yesterday and will not start. Will turn over but will not fire up when gas, starting fluid is placed into carburetor? Also gas will not pump from fuel line and fuel filter disconnection?
Relay switch, fuel shut off switch, ignition switch, maybe a brain or main fuse? 561-685-1807

You have to start with checking why the fuel pump is not pumping fuel to the engine.
