I have an 87 Ford F-150 keeps stalling after between 2 blocks and 1 mile

I have just replaced IAC and TPS. The truck kinda coughs and drops rpm to about 500 when I give it gas it pretty much kills the engine. What could my problem be?

How many miles on the truck?
Did you scrub out the throttle body and throttle plate when you changed the IAC?

I did clean throttle as good as I could get it and I'm not sure how many miles r on it since it has a 92 engine.
