Hi, I have a 1987 Chrown Victoria engine in my 1965 Mustang. I wish to change out the injectors. I have a set of F1ZEC2A injuctors from a later ford. Will these fit and work in my Vicki? Jerry

What are you trying to accomplish? Did you transplant all the electronics that goes with a fuel injected engine? If you did, fuel metering is based on various sensor readings, then fine-tuned from readings from the oxygen sensors. Larger injectors won't give you more fuel. More fuel, when called for, comes from holding the injectors open for longer periods of time. If you have larger injectors, you'll start out with an overly-rich condition, then when the oxygen sensors reach operating temperature and start to work, the computer will just hold them open for shorter time periods to get the mixture back where it's supposed to be.
