85 Honda Civic

I have an 85 Honda Civic and it smokes white smoke and I have changed the spark plugs twice but have to continually clean them. The spark plugs are black with oil residue. The oil is black and I have to keep adding oil everytime I want to drive it.

If it's using that much oil, it's time to put it to bed. I doubt it is worth changing the motor.
