Any idea on why its blowing blue/grey smoke out the passenger tail pipe and has a rough idle. Plus the fuel consumption is extreamly high

Start with a compression test. Do it wet and dry to verify rings.
Check the plugs for wear. Make sure air filter is good. Check the carb for proper adjustments.
