1978 Oldsmobile Delta 88 engine

When I Go to start the car nothing happens, all the lights come on but nothing happens. The car doesn't turn over or even make a sound. I have changed the starter and have checked the battery and nothing has changed. Do you know what could be wrong?

Most likely suspect would probably be the neutral safety switch. Try shifting to neutral to see if that works.
