When I turn the key to on position it doesnt crank, but the belt turns extremely slow, I had the alternator tested, the starter tested, and battery tested and they all checked out fine but each time it does the same thing, know everything works i.E radio, lights. But it just wont crank, ive been told by alot of people that its either the starter, alt, battery but there all good please can you help?

Thanks for the donation.

How are the battery terminals and cables. Make sure they are tightened properly and free of corrosion. If this is OK, there are a list of test procedures to perform. You can find them on our CAR REPAIR TROUBLESHOOTING webpage, listed below.
