Engine cranks but does not start

Crank but no start. Fuel pump works, has new spark plugs, fuel filter and a new battery. If you spray starting fluid in the throttle body, it wants to start but won't completely. And every time I crank the alarm turns on.

I understand the fuel pump is working but I think we need to start with checking the pressure just to find out if this is enough to get the engine to start.

Once we know what the fuel pressure is we will know the better direction to go but here is a guide that will take us the next steps:

I would suggest we confirm this is not a fuel issue first because if it wants to start using starter fluid then that is a clear sign that we need to dig further into this side of it.

Please let us know what the fuel pressure is, and we can go from there.
