Got spark, got fuel in rail, went to work in the morning came out to start it 10 hours later no start. I can hear the fuel pump; the spark color is orange not that blue look. I don't know if that matters. I changed the crank sensor like a year ago.

So, it could be a couple of things, so we need to start from the beginning.

Even though you can hear the pump we need to check the pressure.

Here is a guide that will help with this:

We need to start with fuel because you have spark. It should be blue and not orange so this could be the issue. However, it is less likely because you do have some spark.

However, if the fuel pressure is fine then we need to suspect the coil is the issue.

So, if we have fuel pressure, I am attaching the wiring diagram below which is what we need to check the voltage at the coil.

We need to see 12 volts at A and C on the coil. Here is a guide that will help with this testing:

Please see the diagram below and let us know what you find with this info, so we can go from there.

Thanks

I changed the rotor and cap, coil, didn't pressure check pump, had good pressure on rail, it eventually started. The battery was weak, when I got a new battery so far so good. I'm glad I had a life time warranty on the stuff, got a 1997 Savanna so all my parts I need are under warranty.
