Hello,

If you are able to make the engine start and run for a little bit with starting fluid, it means that the engine is not getting fuel.

When you turn the key to on position, can you hear the fuel pump turn on?

An inoperative fuel pump can be due to a bad relay, wiring or faulty pump.
First check the relay, the Fuel Pump Relay is located in the right-hand front of engine compartment, on relay bracket (see diagram below).
Check for any burn pins or corrosion.
You can also test the relay:

If the relay is good, then it could be a bad pump or wiring issue.

Also keep in mind that even if the pump is good, it could have a bad pressure regulator or clog in the fuel line that is preventing the fuel from getting to the engine.

Let me know of any questions.

Thank you.
