What do I need to change my car to manual transmission, list me all the parts?

HI THERE,

Gear box, mounts, flywheel, clutch assembly. Slave cyl, clutch hydraulic line, master cyl, pedal box for manual, selector cables, shifter, consul, electrical harness, drive shafts, starter motor, I think that is the lot, but I don't know if the auto body is the same as the manual.
