1996 Toyota Camry engine cranks excessively sometimes

When the car sit for awhile or when the engine is cold the engine crank up but when its hot or I just drove it, it take awhile to crank up before it starts up

1st test out the coolant temperature sensor, that checks out, do a fuel pressure check with a fuel pressure tester designed for your fuel system and report for an additional suggestions
