1996 Toyota Camry 96 Toyota Camry hard start problem rasmat

I bought a 96 Camry V6 it was slow to start when cold but does start after you turn it over awhile. So I spray cleaned the throttle body and the IAC valve opening in the throttle body, now the car starts fine when cold but when it warms up it does the hard start thing again every third start or so, what's next?

Investigate what's happening with the fuel pressure-to rule out the fuel pressure regulator/fuel pump. Also check the throttle position/coolant temperature sensors.

What should the fuel pump pressure be and where is the easiest place to hook up the guage
