Is there a way to disengage the 4 Low manually?

Yes, you can remove the transfer case shift actuator and move the shift shaft into position by using a flat blade screwdriver. Here is the location of the actuator so you can remove it. Here are instructions for the replacement in the images below. Please let me know how it goes.

Hi,

There are a few different transfer cases that were used based on the engine size, if it is a manual shift 4wd, or if it is an automatic 4wd.

Let me know. Also, let me know if what you have done so far. For example, have you checked the fluid level and condition in the transfer case? If it is a mechanical shift transfer case, did you check the linkage?
