When I try to start my car all I hear is a click and the starter won’t turn over. I’ve replaced the starter and checked all of the fuses and everything seems to be in order. At this point I really don’t know what to do next.

Hello again,

Okay. Let's get a voltage reading across the battery terminals and see what we got. You will need a multi-meter set to DC Volts to do this and if you are unfamiliar with how to use a multi-meter I have included a link below for you to go to:

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-use-a-voltmeter

Please get back to us with what you are able to find out.

Thanks,
Alex

I haven’t changed anything. I woke up this morning and my car started right up first try without a problem. Should I still change the battery?

Hello again,

Your vehicle started with a battery with 8 Volts. Well I'm at a loss for what to say. I guess if it works, don't fix it. Let us know if you have the problem again, please.

Thanks,
Alex
