When I drive my truck about three to four miles my front right brakes overheat. I have replaced the brake pads. What would make them overheat in a short distance?

A bad brake hose isn't releasing fluid, a frozen caliper or something is wrong with abs unit which typically happens when a brake job is done and not properly bled. If that's the case a mechanic will need to bleed brakes with a scanner to open valves on abs unit with a scanner then bleed system
