I was driving my van when it chugged and stalled. I thought it was a clogged fuel filter so I changed it along with the pickup lines. The engine tries to start but wont turn over. Computer and box show no codes

Scan for codes then battery should not be that high on voltage. It should only be 12.6 or so max voltage with key off. It may be a bad battery.

Sorry typo, battery is 11.7. Also as I stated earlier scan tool had (has) no codes. Had local garage come over with a laptop still no codes.
Engine will crank and attempt start but stalls out like it has no gas, but it does.

The battery must read 12.4 at the very minimum. Charge battery then have it checked for condition including load test. Most batteries life is only four years.

You have to charge battery until it gets a reading of at least 12.4 volts any other thing is a waste of time. I think you have a bad battery do as I said charge it and get it tested. Because battery is dead security system will engage and will need a reset.

Scan for codes and check fuel pressure with a gauge. Check fuses and relays under hood PGM and main relays if you have them.

No codes, checked pressure coming from tank in blew the gauge so my guess is that was a sign there was enough pressure. All fuses and relays are good. It it will crank and chug, but wont run.

Can you check the engine for compression? Remove a spark plug and turn it over. I am wondering if it is a timing belt/chain issue.

Here is a guide.
