Cranks No start

Ticking sound, then next morning car would not start is just cranks.

Try resetting your security system on your car if no manual look online on how to do it.

Hey MARK,

When the engine is cranking over does it sounds normal? The reason I am asking is because if the timing belt was starting to go out it would make a ticking noise as it falls apart, if so the cam would stop turning making the engine sounds different when it cranks over.

It did make a ticking sound the night before, also it started lacking power like dragging gears.

No spark from plugs either

Can you pull off the oil cap and see if you can see the camshaft? is so have someone crank it over for you to see if the cam turns?

Next lets do a compression test,
