My car will just shut off while driving down the road at any given time. Hot, cold, short-term, long-term. I've changed out my throttle position sensor, my mass air flow sensor, my crankshaft position sensor. I have changed the air filter, changed out fluids and nothing has helped. I put a code reader on it and it pops with p0401 and p0101. Which both have to do with circulation of air. Any ideas anything would help.

Good evening,

I attached the possibilities for the codes. The mass airflow is suspect here. Check the connector for both 12 volt and 5-volt signals. I attached the diagram with the color wires you need to test.

The EGR code will not cause it to shut off but most of the time it is the sensor that is bad.

I read that. I asked you to check the voltage at the connector. It could be an electrical issue, not a component issue.
