2003 Pontiac Grand Prix Quits While Driving

My Pontiac has 88k miles on it. A couple of months ago the car started shutting down completly while driving it. Sometimes it was after 45 minutes and sometimes after only 5 minutes. At first it would start back up after I waited 15-20 minutes and now it's anyones' guess. It might take 4-6 hours before it starts. When it runs, it is great, not rough, no sputtering or shaking and no notice before it quits. Just everything shuts down. I've taken to several places and no error codes are showing and usually they can't replicate the problem so I just take it home only for it to do it again the next day. I've replaced the module AND recently they put in a new fuel pump. To no avail. It quit yesterday. Any insight that I can pass on to yet another mechanic would be so helpful. I'm running out of funds quickly.
Thank you so much in advance.

Well your mechanic needs to cheack the data stream because the car may be seeing something crazy from a sensor that it won't throw a code for. Otherwise I'd cheak for a faulty egr. Whatever it is the car doesn't operate because something is failling when warm. A mechanical part (unlikely but it happens) or the pcm to adjust.
