1998 Mercury Tracer AC Clutch Relay

1998 Mercury Tracer

I need the exact location of the Air Condition Clutch relay that powers the the blue and white wire. The blue wire with a white tracer has no power. There is some pressure when the low pressure switch is jumped. I cannot get the AC clutch to engage.

None of my sources show an A/C cultch relay for your vehicle. It has a high and low pressure A/C switch and then the A/C clutch field coil.. no relay though.
