Whenever I get up to 65 or 70mph my rpms will drop an my car wont get up to no more then 20mph before it cuts off

What happens after it cuts off? Can it be restarted?

Is there any check engine light showing?

Yes it will restart, an yes theres a check engine light that comes on. Ive had it on the machine an it said timing so ive had a timing belt an waterpump put in, an even had the crank sensor replaced but its still doing the same thing

I dont have the codes but if he didnt put a honda crank sensor on my car would it cause it to drop rpms an not pick up speed like its doing. What are the symptons for a bad crank sensor

Hi ron6383,

If the sensor had been replaced with a different type, it could cause difficult starting, misfiring, poor acceleration and idling.

Check the code again and see what it is.

Your problem could be an O2 sensor or throttle position sensor fault.

Thank you because that what its doing once the check engine light comes on it start having problems idling, an it wont get up to no more then 20mph thank you
