1991 Honda Civic engine stalls when A/C and Headlights are

I get good idling, acceleration and engine performance, even with the A/C on. But, at night time when I turned the headlights on (A/C also running) the engine often vibrates and stalls, specially during stop and go traffic. I tried adjusting the carburator setting, but I get high idlings.

Hi valdez,

There is a solenoid for electrical load compensation that works in tandem with the AC idle up compensator.
Either it has not been properly adjusted or is faulty.
