Question abt my 94 Honda Accord LX(140k)

Hi,
Someone pls tell me wht problem with my car.
I fixed my A/c and both the fans last month. Bcoz before I had a problem like the heat indicator goes up. Then the mechanic told it's due to the bad fans. So I changed both the fans. But the problem is now also when I stopped in the trafic or traffic signal for some time. The heat indicator again goes up and when I put the a/c there is no problem, it goes down. Also after I switch off the engine, there is sound of fan operating. What the problem. It is very helpful. Pls asap

Check the temperature sensor.

When your A/C its "on" the engine need more cooling thats why both fans are on, but under normal conditions just one of them keeps on and off, identified which one its the a/c fan and check if the anotherone its working good.
