Why does the engine cut off after starting?

When I drive my car for 10 mins, turn if off for 2 mins then turn it back on, it cut off but if I wait one more minute it turns on normally. The car does not overheat and I have the new exhaust system except for a catalyst converter which is 2 yrs. Old.

Check and test the idle air control valve and EGR valve to include a fuel pressure check

I just finished cleaning out my idle air control valve and about to check the on EGR valve but now every time I hit the gas pedal, the car rumbles HARD. That never happen before.
