The other day my red dash light came on stating my battery was low, I changed it, then it really ran bad almost stalling, so I changed my alternator too, it worked so-so and still stalls at lights, what do you think is up? It always ran great before? Mabe a regulator is it built in the alternator?

Assumming the charging system is back in order, there may be a short period for the computer to relearn the memory that was lost from the battery being disconnected. Drive it for 10-15 miles at varied conditions and see if it changes or improves.

Regulator is built in.
