Brakes on '99 grand Marquis

Please Help!
I've changed pads/rotors on a T-bird but not on a Grand Marquis...I can't get the pad assembly loose to drop down. Am I trying to loosen the correct bolt? Is it the one inside and toward the bottom?

Not sure if they are the same, but here is a link to some photos for up to a 98.

There should be two bolts with rubber boots on them they may be on the back or on the front but never the less they hold the caliper to the steering knuckle and should have those rubber boots on them. if they dont have the boots it will just be strait medal. if your going at the right ones they may be just really tight so you may have to take a piece of pipe and stick it between the frame and a wrench.

Good luck!
