Brakes 1972 ford f100

Have replaced all wheel cylinders and master cylinder and still no brakes. Any way to test proportional valve to see if it is bad?

Was the Master bench bled? And why did you do the wheel cyls? Initial problem was? Sometimes the proportoning valve will leak, other times it's needle won't move. Usually it results in no pressure to the rear brakes. Let me know exactly what's been done so far...

the master was bench bled. The wheel cylinders were all origanal and leaking. Original problem started after fluid all leaked out of old master cylinder and truck sat up about a month. when I bled brakes after replacing all cyliders still had no brakes, and needle in valve does not seem to move.
