older ford pu' usually place ECM around the passenger side kick panel or under/behind glove compartment....just curious ..where are these people came from?..or what are these people do for a living? ... 89' electronic control from ford is a lot more than some1 who change plugs can diagnose a no start no fuel...did any1 of these people ask u to chk a few particular item in order to verfythat the ECM is at faultcausing no fuel?.....good luck man
