Troubleshoot & repair my ford truck from (OBD) trouble coeds I scanned.

All at once my 2001 Ford F-250 Super Duty Pickup started to run bad the check engine light came on (OD) light started flashing truck wouldn't shift or accelerate I found 2 blown fuses #7 (HEGO) and #10 (POWER POINT) fuses I replaced both but the #7 (HEGO) keeps blowing I checked the wiring harness & connectors looking for a short but it looked good is there a test to penpoint the exact problem.

either the harnes for the heater circuits for the o2 sensors are shorted or the o2 sensors have an issue. you need an ohm meter to check each sensor to determine the one that has failed.
