2001 Ford Explorer hesitating

a while ago my truck wouldnt start after running great then after about 30 mins it started and ran fine. the next day when it finaly started it had no power would only get up to about 30 miles an hour with very low rpms. I replaced the fuel pump and it ran like achamp for about 20 mins then started up again low power and hesitating.

Lack of acceleration,chugging,hesitating,jerking,bogging,misfiring etc. could be caused by one of the following below:


Oxygen sensor.
Catalytic converter.
Fuel injectors dirty/sticking.
Mass airflow sensor/Airflow meter.
Throttle position sensor.
Crankshaft position sensor
Knock sensor
Manifold absolute pressure sensor.
EGR Valve
Fuel pressure regulator leaking or defective fuel pump.
False air leakage.
Fuel contamination.
Foul/defective spark plugs.
Open spark plug wires.
Ignition coil/Coil packs defective.
Incorrect ignition timing.
Cap and rotor.
