1998 Ford Explorer squeaky front end

a squeaky front end as you drive over bumps and only make right turns, i just recently had the shocks done and ball joint check? what could it be?

Check the upper control arm bushings, some are greasable some arent..also check the idler arm, they are connected to the drag link, and bolt to the right frame.

I agree with merlin, but also check the front shocks as they can also cause a squeak when going over bumps.
